About Ashtree Farm

 I am Veronica (Ronnie)Hodges and together with my husband, John decided to share Ashtree Farm with you.

We were sitting on our patio one evening sharing a bottle of wine, watching the gorgeous purples and oranges of the sunset, bird song was the only sound breaking the silence of the peaceful green fields surrounding us. We were appreciating how lucky we were to live in such a beautiful home in a spectacular countryside setting and decided we would like to share our lovely home with everyone. I have spent my whole working life looking after other people and their needs in various settings now this is my chance to give you the same experience from within our home without you feeling that you are. So began the Ashtree Farm B&B and welcoming you as our guests.

We had moved to Leighterton in 2015 and spent much time transforming the farmhouse into our home. With a large farmhouse kitchen and aga, bright and beautiful living room with log burning stove, and spacious bedrooms all with modern ensuite bathrooms. Then turned our attention to the exterior slowly turning the space into outside living spaces and gardens, to grow produce and flowers to enjoy.

Now we invite you to join us at Ashtree Farm B&B to share our little piece of heaven. We do appreciate that staying in someone’s home is too personal for some, but we offer a warm and friendly welcome and a different experience than a standard clinical hotel/motel room

You will discover you will have the space and privacy to come and go, as you please with your own private ensuite room, use of your own sitting/ dining room as well as the gardens and great views across the rolling countryside.
